Building a School in Sudan for the Darfur Refugees by 2010.

• Some of your pledges can be per lap, and some for flat amounts.
• For per lap pledges, people can sponsor you for any amount per lap.  If, for example, a person pledges $2 per lap and you complete 75 laps on 10/26/08, follow up with the person and obtain a check for $150.
• By "flat amounts", I mean people can give you any amount, irregardless of how far you walk.
• The two primary distances are 75 minutes or 75 laps, but you have the option of walking any distance or length of time.
• After the Walkathon, collect all of your pledges and send checks per the below instructions.  Please do not send cash. 

Please also consider buying a T-Shirt created and sold by Ms. Dragone's eigth grade students at Schaghticoke Middle School in New Milford, CT, which also supports our cause.  (It would be great if everyone participating was wearing one!)  You can buy one in advance, or they will also be sold at the event.
